Nigeria’s leading property developer and Estate Management Company, Eliezer Investments Limited has officially commissioned the ultra modern Alhaja Abibatu Mogaji Multipurpose Shopping complex at Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos.

Eliezer is the developer of the gangatic and state of the art multipurpose shopping complex.

The complex was commissioned by National Leader of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who was ably represented by Chief (Mrs.) Kemi Nelson, South West Women Leader of APC.

Among dignitaries in attendance are: Hon. James Faleke, Member, Federal House of Representatives; Hon. Kasumu, Member, Lagos State House of Assembly; Engineer Julius Oloro, Executive Chairman, Ojodu LCDA; Iyaloja General, Chief Mrs. Folashade Tinubu – Ojo, Oba Aguda, Iyaloja Ojodu, other Iyalojas and Babalojas within Ikeja and it’s environs

In his speech, the Managing Director of Eliezer Investments Limited, Mr. Kehinde Fajana was happy to complete the complex.
“With the heart of sincere gratitude to God Almighty, I appreciate him for the grace and enablement to complete the Ogba Multipurpose Shopping Complex. The journey was rough and strenuous but his strength kept me and the entire team involved in this project, from inception till date”, Fajana said.

In his speech Fajana also thanked other stakeholders in the project.
“A special appreciation to the Chairman, Ojodu L.C.D.A, Honourable Olumuyiwa Oloro, his executives, the council legislative assembly, the entire workforce of Ojodu L.C.D.A and the Lagos State Government for giving us an opportunity to redevelop this market into Ultra-Modern Shopping Complex, thank you for making us to be part of this great vision.
Eliezer Investment Limited appreciates the tremendous efforts of the financiers of the project, Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank, Unicontinental Engineering Company, the project construction firm and all the technical consultants namely Akin Peculiar Ventures, the design Architect, Bascon Engineering Company and Hi-works Engineering Limited, the consultant, Structural Engineers, Towercost Associates, the project Quantity Surveyors, Housetop Architects, the Project Managers and all the project subcontractors. When the development of this project was concessioned to us some years back, we met with the typical resistance from all quarters but we were undaunted and by the grace of God, those who resisted us then are now our best friends and fans. Such is the power of resilience. By the grace of God, ours is the first in Lagos to successfully and peacefully relocate an existing market to pave way for development and bring the market back upon completion.

“In conclusion, I appreciate the patience and endurance of our customers, subscribers, and facilitators during the period of construction till now.
