Members of the Celestial Church of Christ ,Mojisola St Raphael Parish in the Famumuyiwa area of Ifo have commended the Ogun State Governmenr for the opportunity ,given to the church to grade community roads in Ifo .

The church as parts of it’s Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR )embarked on the grading and rehabilitation of roads ,leading to communities around the church.

The church as parts of its 28 Adult Anniversary and Thanksgiving decided to give roads in the area a facelift by rehabilitating and grading adjoining roads and streets .

H/S/Evang. Babajide Omosebi, the church Chairman, while speaking during the grading of the roads, said that the church took it upon itself to help the communities around their church.

He commended the Ogun State government, the authority of Ifo Local Governmenr for their supports to the church .

He however wondered why some residents of one of the communties in the area stopped the church from working on the roads in the area .

Baba Omosebi noted that the Mojisola Parish of the Celestial Church of Christ is not asking anybody to contribute any money for the grading of the roads .

Mathew Elisha ,the church patron also said ” what the church has done by grading of roads in this area is a good thing .It is not only our members ,who will use this road .”

He however wondered that ” I am surprised by some residents of some of the communities here .The church is doing the project for them free of charge and they are still rejecting the good gestures from the church .”

Elisha noted that” We are trying our best to support the government and make access roads looks better but its so surprising why some members of the community will kick against the development.”

The church Matron ,Folashade Durojaiye also called for cooperation from residents of the areas towards the efforts of Mojisola Parish to make life more meaningful for them .

Some of the areas which were rehabilitated by the church are : Famuyuwa House area , C& S Festo and Mojisola areas

The church was however prevented from working on Ajowa ,Abekoko right ,Omoleye and other parts of other communities
